The App will only be useful to you once your organization has been setup with compatible readers and your security administrator can issue Mobile IDs. To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the app is not open. Location Services is used exclusively for this purpose.

Opens the door. Also, to open the gate to the parking lot, it took me a minute to get the hang of it, but now I don't have to get out or even roll the window down to open the gate. (Distance to receiver from opening side of gate is more than 10 feet.) After Sept. 2020 update, app did not unlock door. Restarted phone (Galaxy 9 running Android 10), and it started unlocking the door again.

My hr person and I have tried several times to get this app to accept my invitation code. Maybe it's not supposed to work with Galaxy devices because she was able to activate two iPhones. My real issue is that support is lacking. The page for reporting an issue asked for as much detail as possible. Then it cut me off with a character limit before I had all of the details entered. I guess that it sent an email to tech support. I haven't received any indication of them having received it.

I cant use the nearby reader, I can press the reader, but selecting those readers are too random, I dont even know which reader belongs to which, it will randomly open one of them. My phone is xiaomi 14 CN ROM, NFC, Bluetooth switched on but cant even use it

We are pleased to announce the release of HID Mobile Access v4.5.0! Enclosed are the newly introduced features and enhancements.
1) Enhanced Policy Enforcement for managing Twist & Go and Nearby Reader settings by Organization admins in the HID Origo Management Portal.
2) Users now receive notifications for app permissions, controlled in Settings and off by default.
3) FAQ section added in Settings for easier user support.
4) Provides various additional enhancements and issue resolutions.
